1st Step : From Request for Quotation to Contract

2nd Step : Construction & Maintenance at Site

Option

1. export garden elements from Japan, i.e., garden stone, stone lantern & etc.
2. dispatch Japanese construction manpower from Japan other than supervisor
3. correspond the engineering & design works only, without any construction related works

Note

1. Each communication between Japan & site is done on the Internet.
2. All approval issues must be recorded on the paper with all attendance signature.
3. Ohta Co Ltd will make the direct communication with Local Builder.
