Released/Uploaded on ：May-14-2020
Katsurarikyu (Katsura Imperial Villa) : Nishikyo-ku, Kyoto
Kasturarikyu is the most famous and popular Japanese garden that was built in the 15th century as a villa for a vacation house for the Imperial household. Wherever we walk, Wherever we see, Wherever we look back, we could not help impressed with the condensation of scenery and craftsman’s experience of Katsurarikyu. We can imagine there were the strong relationship between the master and the craftsman, a huge planning and preparation, and time. We can learn the sensibility of the Japanese imperials along with their life (Miyabi) of those days.

Suhama and Misaki Toro:The shore and the cape stone lantern
Suhama heads to the island where is believed the hermit lives. That delicate distance not to reach that island would be regarded as the human being not to go over the sacred dimension.
The Winter-Dressed Cycad
Wrapping in tiers around the trunk in straw mat and tying with straw rope equally. However, the style is different depending on the craftsman, I would like you to see the gardener’s state of caring of plants and make the appearance look as beautiful in the same time.
You could see the knots are formed in the same line and the ends of rope are closed not loose in the same length. Also the base, the straws are spread in the radial and cut in a circle regularly and hold them with the pin not to break.
The stones make the gregarious cycads stable and enhance to the whole scene.
It will be a Beautiful Scene wherever You Clip
The good shaped pine trees and the straight line of the trimming are standing out in a copse.
