Public Works Commissioned by Gifu-Prefecture & Kakamigahara-City
Landscape Ohta Niwaishi also serves for public landscaping. Here are some works.
Since the museum is the main building, we took a special care to the main contractor to avoid any interruption. Also the construction term was scheduled as same as the main building, the process and material ordering were well planned and no mistake was allowed.
- We renewed for lawn plaza of Gifu Kagamihara Air and Space Museum.
- In order to improve the soil to suit for grass planting, we remove the existing and formulate Kakamihara local soil with soil improvement material.
- Since it is such a large area, we put our effort to create the perfect base so that the final condition of a surface would be even. The lawn was arranged carefully and the soil was covered and compacted.
- It was a good season for lawn to set. After two weeks of our renewal, it grow into beautiful fresh green with new shoots all over the plaza.
- We plant an oak tree in the center of the bench to make a resting space. It will be a good shade after a few years.
Pruning of Street Trees, Maple Streets of Kakamigahara City
Street trees pruning’s main purpose is to avoid traffic interruption, and it is also important to consider to create a beautiful landscapes.
Especially this maple street is a long straight road from North to South and has a big ups and downs, so it would have a great effect of sequence for landscape appearance.
We took a special care to keep the tree in natural shape and street to be comfortable for both pedestrians and drivers and enjoyable the full four seasons.
- Before the construction : One year dense growth
- During the construction: Remove unnecessary branches that might cause traffic or pedestrian obstruction, and prune in natural tree form. We were careful about the electric wires and falling edges.
- After the construction: We finished all trees in natural shape.
- Panoramic view: The sequence of the whole street was arranged neatly.
Antifreeze Work / Snow Work
We undertake antifreeze services. We will be called and requested to go on the road when there is a risk that the road surface is freezing.
The antifreezing agent is loaded and a pair of driver and assistant will be ready to take care of it. Very close work with the weather.
