Kutsunugi-ishi is a flat top stone to set between the building and outside to put shoes on. It’s written “Shoes off Stone” in Kanji having a role for a usual life and chosen a suitable size for entrance. The natural flat tops are used in general but there are the cut-off the bottom ones for setting on the concrete floor or the artificially shaped ones.
This is a natural Kutsunugi-Ishi of Shikou blue. Brightly blue and might both advantage a garden and house, and also available to use as a displaying garden stone.
